USAA offers a large selection of banking and insurance products. Keeping the pages for all products consistent, up to date, and easy to find is a challenge. To help with this, USAA is migrating to a new content management system. This migration was a prime opportunity to evolve the design of all product pages.
A small cross disciplinary design team was put together to envision how the shopping experience at USAA could be improved. The work includes a simplified information architecture for the website, guidelines for implementing page types, and a refreshed visual design language.
